VIDA will provide a well-trained group of professionals, knowledgeable in the field of ABA to coordinate the level of care. All programs will be developed and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure that recommendations for ABA services use the most recent evidence-based research and literature available.
Our one-to-one staff is required to have a minimum of an Associates degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with at least 2-years of exposure working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities OR Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
Our high-level clinical supervisors are required to be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®); OR Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA®) with a minimum of 2 years supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
Our mid-level supervisors are required to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with at least two year of experience in designing and/or implementing ABA programs, currently enrolled in a Master’s program focusing on applied behavior analysis OR has obtained a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in applied behavior analysis, early childhood education/development, early childhood special education, special education, psychology or related field with at least two year of experience in designing and/or implementing ABA programs; OR Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst BCaBA® in good standing
